Want To Know About Tubal Ligation Or Tubilization

So, what exactly is tubal ligation? In simple terms, it's a procedure aimed at permanently preventing pregnancy by either blocking or cutting the fallopian tubes. But let's break it down further: The Fallopian Tube Function:  These tubes play a crucial role in catching eggs from the ovaries and guiding them into the uterus for fertilization. Methods of Tubal Ligation:  There are several approaches to tubal ligation, including occlusion methods like Flap rings, Filshie clips, cauterization, and the Pomeroy technique. .Exploring Occlusion Methods Let's take a closer look at occlusion methods: Flop Rings:   While cost-effective, these rings have fallen out of favor due to their higher failure rates. Filshie Clips:   Offering better occlusion, these clips can occasionally migrate, posing rare but potential risks. Cauterization and Pomeroy Technique: Both methods involve sealing or removing a portion of the tube, with varying success rates. Timing Matters: When to Opt for Tuba

KIDNEY INFECTION

Today, I will be discussing kidney infection, which is a common disease and takes place in poor countries. In addition to this, filters are treated wrong in countries like Pakistan.Kidneys are the filters of a human body, and they filter all the liquid diet into beneficial components and adding them into the blood cells, and then removing and filtering waste products and excess fluids from the body by forming urine as a byproduct.Whenever kidneys are not functioning properly ,it means it will cause rise in levels of building up waste products into blood.

So kidneys are very important and delicate part of human body.

Pyelonephritis is a primary symptom of an infection that usually originates in the urethra and travels to one or both kidneys.

Kidney infection is a very dangerous infection even it is life threatening if not treated immediately on emergency basis, or even if not diagnosed and treated properly as it cause permanently by entering into main blood vessels.

For this purpose we have experienced a very nice and efficient medicine called Uralyt-U.
It is granule base soluble medicine with a very nice urine test strips indicators of ph.

Uralyt-U is a drug that stabilizes the pH of urine within the correct pH range of 6.2 to 6.8, which improves the solubility of uric acid and prevents the formation of uric acid crystals (stones) in the urine, as well as re-dissolving any crystals (stones) that are already present. Uralyt-U is free from carbohydrates and therefore safe for use by diabetics. It may be used for the purpose of alkalinization (neutralization therapy) and to enable the acid component to be metabolized. The citrate ion in alkali citrates is broken down by oxidative metabolic processes, producing carbon dioxide and bicarbonate. When the remaining alkali ions are eliminated from the body via the kidneys, an increase in urine pH results. Oral administration of citrates can be used to neutralize or alkalinize urine, with a response being dose dependent.

A successful outcome can be achieved only by careful and cooperative patient cooperation. The treatment is divided into two stages: In the first stage, the dose of Uralyt-U is adjusted to a level which brings the pH of the urine into a range 6.2 to 6.8; In the second stage, Uralyt-U is administered over an extended period of time with regular checks by the patient. The enclosed measuring spoon holds 2.5 grams of the granules. To dissolve the granules, stir them in half a glass of water or fruit juice and take the resulting solution after meals. The dose of Uralyt-U is adjusted in accordance with the patient’s response. 2) Enter the pH value (color number) on the test chart. 3) Take the correct dose (amount of Uralyt-U used) and enter it on the chart. Before each dose of Uralyt-U, the pH value should be checked in order to determine if the previous dose has worked. The pH levels (5.2, 5.5, 5.8, 6.2, 6.5, 6.8, 7.0 and 7.4) correspond to the number of days since the last dose was taken by your pet. The morning test shows the effects of the previous night’s dose, while the midday test shows those of the morning dose. For most patients, 4 measures of the granules (10 g Uralyt-U) spread uniformly over the day in accordance with the following schedule has been found to be satisfactory. The recommended dosage for morning is one spoonful, and for midday and evening it’s two spoonful’s. In most cases, this medication will achieve a satisfactory adjustment and keep the urine pH within the correct range (6.2 to 6.8). 2. However, any necessary correction of a dose should be done on the following day. For instance, if at midday the pH value is found to be too high (7.0 or 7.4), it would be better to wait until morning and administer another dose rather than cutting down the dose in the middle of the day. To reduce the morning dose so that the pH at midday will then fall within the correct range, one should decrease the morning dose by one-third on the next day.

It is important to keep track of pH levels when using the same dose of granules more than once a day. For example, if one morning the pH is found to be too low (e.g., 5.8), this indicates that too small a dose of the granules was taken on the previous evening. In order to ensure that the drug reaches its target level, a booster dose should be taken the following evening. It is advisable to increase or decrease the dose in steps of half a spoonful at a time. To use the indicator paper and text chart, follow these steps:

Every morning and again at midday and at night before taking Uralyt-U, one paper strip is dipped into the fresh urine for a few seconds. Alternatively, it may be held in a stream. To do this, the paper strip is held with the enclosed peg, preventing it from touching any areas that may be wet by urine. The colour of the strip will change and should be compared with the colour scale immediately. After matching the paper strip with the colour scale, the corresponding colour number .The number of measuring spoonful’s should be written in the space directly after the time.

Pyelonephritis is actually main kind of infection that usually begins in human urethra or bladder and travels to one or both kidneys.

kidney infection treatment medicine

For this  purpose  we have experienced a very nice and efficient medicine called Uralyt-U.

It is granule base soluble medicine with a very nice urine test strips indicators of ph.

Uralyt-U action is based on the fact that it can stabilize the pH of urine within the correct pH range of 6.2 to 6.8. Thus Uralyt-U improves the solubility of uric acid and prevents the formation of uric acid crystals (stones) and also re-dissolves any crystals (stones) that are already present. Uralyt-U is free from carbohydrates and can therefore safely be taken by diabetics. Pharmacological properties Salts of strong bases with weak acids are suitable for alkalinization (neutralisation therapy) and the acid component is assumed to be metabolisable. The citrate ion from alkali citrates undergoes oxidative metabolic breakdown to CO2 or bicarbonate. The base excess resulting from the remaining alkali ions is eliminated via the kidneys and produces an increase in urine pH. Neutralisation or alkalinization of the urine can be achieved by oral administration of alkali citrates, the response being dose-dependent.

The best results can only be obtained by close cooperation on the part of the patient. The treatment is divided into two stages: 1) Initial adjustment of the dose of Uralyt-U to a level which brings the pH of the urine into the desired range (6.2 to 6.8). 2) Long term administration of Uralyt-U with regular checks by the patient. The enclosed measuring spoon holds 2.5 g of the granules. The granules should be dissolved by stirring in half a glass of water or fruit juice and the resulting solution taken preferably after meals. The dose of Uralyt-U is adjusted in accordance with the response. This is done as follows: 1) Measure the reaction of the urine with the indicator paper and determine the pH. 2) Enter the pH value (colour number) on the test chart. 3) Take the correct dose (number of measuring spoonfuls of Uralyt-U) and enter it on the chart. The pH value of the urine must be checked before each dose of Uralyt-U. This pH value (5.2, 5.5, 5.8. 6.2, 6.5, 6.8, 7.0, 7.4) shows how the previous dose of Uralyt-U has worked. The morning test shows the effect of the previous evening’s dose, the midday test shows the effect of the morning’s dose, etc. For most patients, it has proved satisfactory to take an average daily dose of 4 measures of the granules (10 g Uralyt-U) spread uniformly over the day in accordance with the following schedule: Time Number of spoonfuls morning as early as possible 1 midday (2 – 3 p.m.) 1 evening as late as possible (about 10 p.m.) 2 This is a standard dosage. In many cases it will achieve satisfactory adjustment and keep the urine pH within the correct range (6.2 to 6.8). However, not all patients react uniformly to the standard dose. For this reason the dose must be individually adjusted in accordance with the pH as measured. It should, however, be noted that any necessary correction of a dose is done on the following day. For example, if at midday the pH value is found to be too high (7.0 or 7.4), there is no point in immediately cutting down the next dose. A test result of “7.0 or 7.4” at midday means that the morning dose was too high. The right course is to reduce the morning dose on the next day so that the pH at midday will then fall within the correct range.

The same applies to other measurements. For example, if one morning the pH is found to be too low (e.g. 5.8), this means that too small a dose of the granules was taken on the previous evening. Therefore, the next evening the dose must be raised. When changing the dose it is advisable to increase  it or decrease it in steps of half a spoonful only. How to use the indicator paper and text chart.

. Every morning, and again at midday and in the evening, before taking Uralyt-U, one paper strip is torn off and dipped into the fresh urine for a few seconds. Alternatively it may be held in the stream. For this purpose, the paper strip is held with the enclosed peg, this prevents the hands from being wet by the urine. The colour of the strip will alter and should then at once be carefully compared with the colour scale. After matching the paper strip with the colour scale, the corresponding colour number .The number of measuring spoonfuls should be written in the space directly after the time.

When the dose has been correctly adjusted, color tests will give numbers of 6.2, 6.5, or 6.8 when performed three times daily before each dose. If the colour number is greater than 7.0, you should reduce the dose. Conversely, Under dosing is indicated by numbers 5.2, 5.5 and 5.8; if a number 6.2 appears, it may be assumed that the dose is just enough. As a general rule, the aim should be to keep your blood glucose level within the 6.5 to 6.8 range; 7.0 is considered the upper limit. No untoward effects on normal metabolic parameters are expected when a patient is overdosed. To prevent the formation of phosphate crystals and a definite alkalosis, any rise above the recommended urine pH should be allowed to subside within a few days. Since at high pH levels there is an increased risk of crystal formation, as well as an undesirable long-term alkalotic state.

If an overdose occurs, the patient may be treated with appropriate measures for the treatment of metabolic alkalosis.

Piles

Piles Piles Piles are a common condition that affects the lower rectum and anus.Piles are also called hemorroids which are actually swollen veins of rectum. Piles definition: Piles are a common condition that affects the lower rectum and anus. Unlike other conditions, piles can be caused by both internal and external factors. In this article, we will look at the causes of piles, how they are diagnosed and treated by doctors. Swollen veins in the rectum as well as anus are piles or hemorrhoids. The condition is most common in people who have a history of constipation, pregnancy, heavy lifting or straining during bowel movements. Piles disease: Hemorrhoids are generally painless and may not cause any symptoms until they become inflamed. When this happens, you may notice: • Pain when passing stools or after straining at stool • Swelling around the anus that feels like a bulge and becomes larger when it’s stretched (straining at stool usually causes this) • Bleeding from the rectum tha
